"Free Enterprise" and My Personal Best Mac & Cheese

I finally got around to watching "Free Enterprise" today. I loved it. It is about two thirty year old sci-fi geeks, Robert and Mark, who meet their hero William Shatner in a book store.

You have to be a sci-fi geek to get the references. You may not have to be a sci-fi geek to identify with the characters but I know I really felt for them. The scene where Robert meets Clair was so hot, a classic geek courting dance.

William Shatner really has fun with his role. You have to see his rap version of Julius Caesar to believe it.

Then I made the Mac & Cheese J asked for.
2 lb elbow macaroni
6tbs butter
1/4 c flour
1 qt milk
1 lb Velveeta
8oz Monterey Jack
3 eggs
salt

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions.
Melt the butter in a large sauce pan. Add the flour. Gradually add the milk as the sauce thickens (reserve 1 cup). Add the cheeses. Stir until the cheeses are melted in. Scramble the eggs in a bowl and add a cup of milk and mix in to the cheese sauce. Mix in the cooked macaroni. Pour into a casserole dish

Turn oven to 300deg and bake for 1 hour. (don't preheat the oven)
