Mehak: Authentic Indian Cuisine

B took to dinner this evening at Mehak: Authentic Indian Cuisine. Although the parking in Collegetown is always a problem the food was good.

I had the Goat Saagwala, goat with spinach sauce. When our meals arrived I though the portions were a bit small but I was not able to finish mine.

My goat tasted great but it had lots of little bone chips in it. I asked the waitress why that was and she said that was the way the goat came from their butcher. I told her we had purchased a goat that was not chopped into little bits and she asked me for the butcher's name. We called Queenie for the butcher's name and B looked him up on his iPhone to see if his goats were Halal. "Jerry Hayes Meats, Inc. aka: Halal Meats, Inc" they are.

Did you forward the info on to Mehak?
No. You are the one who promised to do that.

I though you did it at the restaurant when you had the email address in front of you and your iPhone in your hand.

Their web site gives their email address as MehakCuisine@gmail.com
