Sweet and Sour Turkey Curry Soup

So I needed to use up some frozen turkey I had in the freezer so I started to make a simple turkey soup:
I put some:
Olive Oil
in my soup pot and then threw in:
2 onions, diced
2 ribs of celery, diced
2 carrots, cut into rounds
1 lb frozen turkey
1 (15 oz) can whole tomatoes
3 small potatoes, diced

And I let that cook a bit while I thought about what I wanted.
Then I put in:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper

This still seemed a bit bland to me right now so I threw in:
1 tsp Yankee Dry Rub
Things were bubbling away so I added:
1 qt frozen turkey stock
and let that simmer while I did other things.
I came back and stirred it and remembered something about curried turkey from my childhood, so I threw in:
1 tsp curry powder
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
3 Tbsp brown sugar

That tasted good but it was a bit thin so I mixed:
2 Tbsp all purpose flour, with
1/2 cup milk

and stirred that in to thicken it up a bit.
and
1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce (red rooster)

Marilyn says it's best thing I have ever made. I'm not so sure, but it is tasty on a cold winter night.

The only measurements I'm not really sure of are the Curry, vinegar, and brown sugar, because I didn't actually measure them. Everything else I actually measured.
