We only got 3-4 inches of snow. I went out today and knocked it off my car. It was sunny and the roads are clear.
I made a batch of Pecan Butterscotch Blondies and some Chicken Pho. I worked on the cookbook for a bit. And did some work on some shirts I need to fix.
I gave most of the Blondies to the new neighbor boy who carried my groceries up the stairs. Marilyn helped me taste test the Pho.
