Pain!
My right leg started hurting this evening. Both the hip and knee. I haven't had this much pain since the time my left knee went and I got J to take me to the hospital. Ok it doesn't hurt quite that much. But that might be because now I know what is wrong and I'm not late for work. Knowing that I don't have to move if I don't want to helps. But when I try to move my right leg I scream in pain. When I don't try to move it it's just a dull ache. I can actually stand on it and walk. I hope it feels better tomorrow.
By Hyperbole and a Half's standards I would rate my pain as a 6 (Ow. Okay, my pain is super legit now.) As opposed to the 10 I felt when I got J to take me to the Hospital.

2: I probably just need a Band Aid.
3: This is distressing. I don't want this to be happening to me at all.

7: I see Jesus coming for me and I'm scared.
8: I am experiencing a disturbing amount of pain. I might actually be dying. Please help.
9: I am almost definitely dying.
10: I am actively being mauled by a bear.
11: Blood is going to explode out of my face at any moment.
Too Serious For Numbers: You probably have ebola. It appears that you may also be suffering from Stigmata and/or pinkeye.

My new living room lamp is as bright as daylight. I'm quite liking it.
BTW, I've always thought that chart makes much more sense than the one the hospital gives you.
