Ramen Noodle Dishes

Mom mentioned that she is cooking with Ramen noodles lately. So I broke out some of my Alton Brown Ramen recipes for the cookbook.

The first Alton Brown Ramen recipe is called a Ramen Radiator. It is from one of his books and is fish baked in parchment with miso and ramen.

The second is a Ramen broccoli casserole with mushrooms, cheese, and ham. I have it baking in the oven right now. The original recipe had blue cheese and no ham. But I don't like blue cheese and I think the ham adds a little zing. The recipe came from his Church pot luck Good Eats episode.

While the oven is hot I'm also roasting some eggplant and zucchini. I love roasted veggies.

Daisy is sitting next to me asking for some loving! She is such a quiet, stoic kitty. And she sheds like a blizzard. I call her my hyper-allergenic cat. She has slick shiny stiff guard hairs and my eyes almost always swell up when I pet her. She is a black mackerel tabby and looks like one of those cat pillows.

Your modified ramen noodle casserole sounds delicious. I'm not a fan of blue cheese, either.

Daisy looks a lot like Dickens did. Pet her for me!
I am petting her now

Here is Alton's Recipe I substituted more mayo for the blue cheese, and I added a shake of dried onion flakes this evening. It's really easy.
