Chiropractor, Hamburgers, and Cookies.

I've been going to a chiropractor for the past week. She has really helped me with my knee pain. I'm walking much easier now. I highly recommend chiropractic for any pain. Regular doctors can prescribe medications or surgery, but a chiropractor can fix the source of the pain without medication or surgery. My Chiropractor is Dr. Rebecca VonBergen She is wonderful.

I've been reading trashy paranormal romance novels. The Otherworld series by Kelley Armstrong. I'm on book nine out of thirteen. The first two books were about a werewolf named Elena. I feel Armstrong really didn't hit her stride until the third book. She doesn't stick to any one character but bounces around her world introducing new characters and new species of supernaturals: werewolves, witches, sorcerers, ghosts, necromancers, half-demons, vampires, zombies, druids, gods, and fates.

I'm still behind in my 2016 reading challenge. :(

There have been some good sales on ground beef lately so I have been cooking. I made some meatloaf hamburgers. That was just using my meatloaf recipe to make hamburgers. I made a big batch and froze them so I can just microwave one when ever I want a meatloaf sandwich, which what I love most about meatloaf. I also made a plain hamburger. I have elaborate standards for a proper hamburger. I froze the rest of the beef in 1# packages.

I have also been trying out the Oatmeal Boiled Cookie Recipes I collected. The Coconut Peanut Butter recipe was good, but I think it would be better with almond butter, instead of peanut butter. The Brown Sugar Pecan version tastes like Penuche, but was a bit soft. I will have to try that again.
