When Democracy Failed: The Warnings of History by Thom Hartmann
"fas-cism (fbsh'iz'em) n. A system of government that exercises a dictatorship of the extreme right, typically through the merging of state and business leadership, together with belligerent nationalism." The American Heritage Dictionary (Houghton Mifflin Company, 1983)

In more personal news... I think I'm catching what Joseph has. Last night it was harder walking back to my car than coming in in the morning. I was tired and grumpy. I woke up wheezing this morning. And I had a harder time walking in this morning than I have had since the first day. But I also forgot my walking stick today, so that might be part of it. I really do need to get to bed early tonight.

hmmmmmmmmmm

Hope I didn't catch a cold from you... It's the LAST thing I need two weeks from competition *sigh* but I seem to be feelin tired and yucky and sneezing and blowing my noze a lot... wah!
I really do need to get to bed early tonight.

Then maybe you should wait on picking up the computer I'm fixing up until Friday. Because you *know* that you won't go to bed early if you have a working computer for the first time tonight.
Zahde, I just want to say I'm really proud of you for taking that extra walk. I wish I was doing something like that. I have enough trouble trying to get myself up and down the stairs...my knees have been hurting alot, and I'll use any excuse not to walk up and down the stairs.

But I'm really proud of you...I think the weather is getting nicer, and it has to be a cheerful thing. I should try to walk during my lunch break...I just never take my lunch break.
