Still Being Productive

I had to get my 10 hours sleep in last night, but I still got a bunch of little things done today.

I filled my pill cases. I cut out all my coupons. I wrote down everything I ate. I conditioned my leather book binders. I stained the wooden case B made for my food scale. and I cataloged some books.

And I had some healthy meals. I made a chicken stir fry for dinner. I finally used the dried black trumpet mushrooms I bought a while ago. They weren't what I was expecting. Maybe I should try dried black "fungus" next time. But they were fine, and I used up the rest of the scallions and snow peas. All good things for me to eat. I just have to stop eating rice. And put a lot of vegetables in my dishes. My calorie counting app says I'm not getting enough fat in my diet. I don't think that can be true. But maybe more cheese would help. I bought Mozzarella sticks for snacks.

I need to bring up the rest of the dry goods from the car tomorrow. And maybe do so more cleaning around the house.

You're doing better then me!

Last night's dinner was boneless barbecue pork ribs from Panda 3. These were all the ends of barbecued pork cut off and thrown together, so there were lots of fatty bits. I haven't had proper veggies since Friday.
